Disease Awareness Creation

Disease Awareness Creation program is designed to support creation of awareness on diseases to the public.

Creating a health awareness program is an effective way to continuously prevent the spread of known and unknown diseases affecting communities. We create awareness on HIV, TB, Typhoid, Cholera, COVID-19 among other diseases which helps community members to prevent or reduce its spread and new infections.

Awareness creation helps communities creates positive environments for those already infected by the disease through passing the right information within the community.

The goal of the program is;

To contribute to the promotion of universal health of communities through communication and  education empowerment.

The objectives of the program are:

• To prevent infection and spread of diseases to community members.

How We Do It.

1. Partnerships with public and private sector.

2. Resource mobilization to fund awareness creation activities.

3. Communication Activities to raise awareness about diseases and behaviors  for the general public.

4. Education Activities. Empowering Communities Through trainings and  sensitization events.

5. Participation in Policy and Systems Making with communities, local leadership and health system structures to make best changes necessary.
